This therapy is for women moving through perimenopause and beyond. It may suit you if you experience:

In Ayurveda, this is understood as a Vata-dominant life-stage transition. Our Ayurveda doctors (Vaidyas) begin with a consultation, and shape the fortnight gently around you. This is supportive, complementary care — it does not replace your medical care or hormone therapy, and we'll always be honest about that.

  • Abhyanga (warm herbal-oil massage): a full-body massage to calm Vata and ease dryness and tension.
  • Shirodhara (the flow of oil over the brow): a steady, warm stream poured gently across the forehead — deeply soothing for sleep, anxiety, and mood.
  • Gentle Women's Care: traditional, respectful therapies offered with comfort and privacy.
  • Rasayana (rejuvenative tonics): nourishing herbal preparations, traditionally including Shatavari and Ashwagandha.
  • Restorative Yoga, Pranayama & a Sattvic Table: gentle movement, breath, and nourishing meals to steady body and mind.

What Your Days Might Look Like

The days are soft and restorative, with rest woven throughout:

  • Morning: A consultation and pulse check, then restorative yoga and breathing, and a nourishing breakfast.
  • Midday: Your oil therapy — Abhyanga or Shirodhara — followed by a warm herbal bath and rest.
  • Afternoon: A nourishing sattvic lunch, a Rasayana tonic, and quiet time.
  • Evening: Meditation or gentle reflection, an early dinner, and restful sleep.
