- Days 1–3: Ayurvedic Fundamentals. Theory on Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Agni (digestive fire), and Prakriti (body constitution) identification.
- Days 4–5: The Science of Snehana. Theory and practicals for Internal/External Oileation. Learning full-body Abhyanga and oil selection based on Doshas.
- Days 6–7: The Science of Swedana. Introduction to sudation (sweating). Practicals for Nadi Sweda (tube steam) and Bashpa Sweda (steam chamber setup).
Week 2 - The Five Actions (Pradhanakarma)
Focus: The core cleansing procedures and specialized head treatments.
- Day 8: Vamana (Emesis). Theory on indications, contraindications, and patient eligibility.
- Day 9: Virechana (Purgation). Understanding the downward cleansing of Pitta.
- Day 10: Basti (Enema Therapy) Part I. Theory on Niruha (decoction) and Anuvasana (oil) Basti. Importance in Vata disorders.
- Day 11: Basti Part II. Practical demonstration: Preparation of Basti dravya (medicine) and instrument hygiene.
- Day 12: Nasya (Nasal Therapy). Theory and administration techniques for ENT and mental health.
- Day 13: Shirodhara. The "Third Eye" treatment. Practical setup of the stand and mastering the continuous oil flow technique.
