Deepen Your Practice. Expand Your Being
A rigorous yogic immersion for dedicated practitioners and future teachers
Move with Discipline. Study with Depth. Teach with Confidence.
Life today pulls us in many directions. We rush, respond, perform — yet rarely pause long enough to listen to the quiet intelligence of our breath, our body, and our inner clarity. Yoga Teacher Training is not only about learning to teach; it is about returning to this center — through structure, discipline, self-inquiry, and daily practice.
At Amrutham, our 100-Hour (15 days) and 200-Hour (30 days) Yoga Teacher Training Courses offer immersive, residential pathways to deepen your understanding of yoga — intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Whether you want to strengthen your personal practice or step into the role of a teacher, these programs give you the guidance, rigor, and support needed to grow with authenticity.
