  3. Whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins, complemented by gentle spices that aid digestion and balance the doshas.
  4. A philosophy of portion awareness — lighter meals support clarity, deep meditation, and restful sleep.

Between sessions, we serve an exclusive range of medicinal herbal teas/concoctions, natural juices, and therapeutic smoothies, each crafted to boost immunity, neutralize free radicals, and improve mood.

Our recipes carry influences from Kerala’s coastal kitchens, Karnataka’s earthy fare, and Rajasthan’s spice traditions, enriched with a touch of continental simplicity. Each dish is both comforting and gently adventurous — familiar yet transformative.
